Arcy Billington
Arcy has been working with children for over a decade and enjoys spending time with children to see
how they develop and grow. She has a Bachelor of Science with a major in Psychology, a diploma in Early
Childhood Education and is working towards a Master’s Degree in Special Education. Arcy was born in
the Philippines and immigrated to Canada in 2016. She is a mother of three beautiful kids, a wife to a
supportive husband, and an advocate of children with special needs.
She has extensive experience in childcare and school management. She owned a school that catered to
both able bodied children and children with disabilities. Additionally, she also owned a therapy center
that assisted children in their occupational and speech therapy needs.
Arcy has a big heart for children and sees each of them as unique and mighty learners. She is a strong
mentor to her team and supportive to their capabilities. She values harmony, respect, and
accountability. Each member is valued and plays a vital role in her team. Arcy welcomes you and is
