Vanitha Aiyer
Vanitha is a passionate childcare professional with more than two decades of experience working with children, families, and educators. She enjoys fostering growth and in creating inclusive, enriching and fun filled environments. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, a Bachelor of Education Degree, a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resources Management, and a Level 3 Alberta Child Care Certification. Prior to migrating to Canada in 2010, she owned and operated a daycare that prioritized health, education, in a creative and nurturing atmosphere for children. Additionally, she has extensive experience working with children requiring special needs and in developing and managing inclusive programs. She enjoys building relationships with team members and parents. She loves travelling and the outdoors. Exploring the Rockies, camping, and hiking with her family are her favorite activities. She is a proud mother of two wonderful daughters and supports her husband, a professional Engineer, who equally supports her in her passion for personal and professional growth. Vanitha and her family values making a positive impact in the community they call home.
