Rozana Smolcic

Rozana graduated from Niagara College with her RECE and has been in the field for over 14 years with over 8 years in a supervisor role. She is also enrolled at Mohawk College to complete her Resource Consultant certificate to better serve families and community needs. Rozana was born and raised in Hamilton and is a part of the Croatian community. She entered the field to become an Early Childhood Educator as she loves to teach children. Rozana is a proud mom of two lovely children that have started their journey in elementary school. She believes children deserve the best care at such a young age to help and contribute to their growth as they grow and prepare for their new adventure in school. Such little bodies can intrigue one’s mind as you can see what the child is learning and accomplishing by positive reinforcement on a daily basis. As every child learns and grows at their own pace, Rozana is there to help guide the children into new beginnings at every stage of learning.
