Meet our Director

Meet Childcare Academy Director Mary Helen Amlin

Richard Ho

Richard loves to bring positive energy, care, and guidance as an Early Childhood Educator and a Director. He has been in the education industry over 4 years and working as an Early Childhood Educator for over 2 years and counting. Richard’s focus and goal is to help children by providing them with the best guidance and education to give them a great experience throughout their childhood. He is passionate about Early Childhood Education and teaching children. His personal philosophy is that he believes children are natural at learning new skills, such as fine/gross motor movements, languages, social skills and hence why Richard believes the purpose of early childhood education is giving opportunities and guidance to children to learn better by monitoring and facilitating during the events. Richard also believes that children learn best when they are in a healthy and safe environment; because children are naturally curious about everything that they have not experienced before and things they define as entertaining and fun.
