Laurie Newman
Laurie is a Registered Early Childhood Educator who graduated from the Early Childhood Education program at Sheridan College, Oakville Campus, in 2010. Since graduating, she spent most of her teaching years working with children in a toddler classroom until beginning her Supervisory role in 2014. Her goal is to provide the best quality care for the children which involves a child focused program to set them up for success in their future. She believes the greatest reward is watching the children in her centre grow from infants through to preschool when they graduate and move on to Kindergarten. Laurie enjoys spending time in the classrooms building relationships with the children, supporting her teaching team and setting a positive example. My door is always open as I am a firm believer of communication. I welcome staff, parents and children to come in for a chat, share concerns or provide feedback.
