Susan has over 30 years’ experience providing high quality child care services to families. She has had the pleasure of providing care for infants, toddlers, preschoolers and school age children in licensed child care centers and recreation programs. Susan respects parents as being the experts regarding their child’s needs and care and, as the expert, she has come to trust and value parent’s input in all aspects of our child care programs and services. Respectively, she believes every child needs to be surrounded by supportive caring adults to build confidence, thrive, learn and grow. Susan inspires to embrace a team of professional staff to be responsive to your child’s individual care and learning needs, as well, she is committed to ensuring an engaging early year setting where you and your child(ren) feel confident and supported.
